Test Driven Development - First Stub

OH SWEET!
Got my first stub written. I created an entire String class (library) so I could manipulate strings and stub out (falsify) the data from the GPS receiver. So now NMEA sentences read from the GPS receiver when STUB_OUT_SERIAL is defined always returns the same data for each sentence type. Nice.
Crying baby. Gotta go.
